My Story

My passion is working with people and I believe in authentic deep connections. Being connected means to me to being connected to myself, others and the environment; sustainability is an important value in my life and I want my work to be sustainable for people just as well as for the environment.

I am a loving wife and mother of two kids and passionate horse-back rider. Horses are for me a symbol of freedom and a wild untamed part of my myself. Horses drove my personal development tremendously – they taught me clear body language from my childhood on. They are always reflecting my inner state, they continuously drive my development and my ability to be in the here and now. Due to my mind-altering experiences with horses I also leverage them in horse-supported Coachings. It felt just logical to call my company "Equestria-Coaching" - Providing the magic Wand to unleash Potential.

My Philosophy

• There is no “one single truth”– just different perceptions and perception is reality.

• Every behavior is “psycho logic” – it makes (or once made) sense from a certain point of view or in a certain environment. Therefore if you want to change, it helps to change your point of view or your environment, but not who you are.

• Guilt is an unhelpful social construction. In life, especially in conflicts, no one is guilty or free of guilt.
